Resident-Led. Professionally Managed. The Grand Way.
For more than three decades, The Grand has operated as a self-managed community association, a powerful distinction among active adult communities. This model keeps decision-making close to home, ensures financial stability, and puts residents at the heart of every decision.
Unlike many active adult communities that rely on outside HOA management companies, The Grand manages its own operations, amenities, and long-term planning. This means every decision is made with one goal in mind: what’s best for our residents and our community.
Governed by Residents, for Residents
The Grand is guided by a resident-elected Board of Directors and supported by a professional management team. The Board is further advised by specialized resident advisory committees, including:
- Architectural Review
- Code of Conduct
- Covenants
- Finance
- Golf
- Long-Range Planning
- Technology
This structure ensures that community priorities are shaped by those who live here, not by outside interests.
Board of Directors
Board of Directors
The Grand’s Board of Directors is composed of seven elected residents, representing the voice of the Community. The Board serves as the corporate policy-making body for The Grand. Each Director is elected by the members of the Association to serve a two-year term.
