Board Advisory Committees

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ARC)

Recommend changes to the Residential Design Guidelines, oversee ARC subcommittee, hear homeowner appeals.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW SUB-COMMITTEE

Review and accept or deny homeowner applications submitted to the Standards Department for modifications, additions, or alterations to be made to their property.

CODE OF CONDUCT COMMITTEE

Provide detailed review and follow up for all community Code of Conduct incident reports.

COVENANTS COMMITTEE

Conduct fair hearings when requested by homeowners to review fines, suspensions and sanctions imposed by Standards, Finance or Code of Conduct.

Finance Advisory Committee (FAC)

Make recommendations regarding financial matters for the community, including annual budget, most purchases, selection of auditors, review of financial statements, CARE fund, reserve fund and operating fund.

Golf Advisory Committee (GAC)

Provide research, analysis, and recommendations on golf-related issues, including the annual budget.

Long Range Planning Advisory Committee (LRP)

Develop and revise a multi-year plan for projects that will support the present and future
needs of The Grand.

Technology Advisory Committee (TAC)

Make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the overall role of technology within The Grand. This includes major technology investment, technology strategy, operational performance, and technology trends.

Ad-Hoc Committees

Desert Springs Project Ad Hoc Committee

This project team consists of residents and other key stakeholders to consider improvements in the Desert Springs Golf Course complex. See the efforts of this team on the Association Projects page.
