Welcome to The Grand Classified Advertisement! From bookshelves to antique tea sets, and so much more, you will find various items offered by your community for you to purchase. If you are interested in publishing a classified advertisement or would like to purchase an item, please see below for a list of items that are currently being marketed, and scroll to the bottom of this page for important information. To locate a particular item for sale, please click "All Categories" located at the top of the table below, and select the category of your interest.
Important Notice: These listings are accessible to the public and we encourage you to be wary of suspicious buyers. If it feels like a scam, it probably is. Criteria & Form
- Advertisements can only be placed by Grand residents (active member card required).
- Classified Ads can be submitted by filling out the online form.
- Listings are updated every Friday. The deadline for each week is Wednesday at 4:00 PM. If you submit an advertisement after this deadline, it will be posted on the Friday of the following week.
- Listings will expire after 4 weeks of the posting date.
- Renewals of advertisements must be resubmitted.
- Merchandise sales, home sales or rentals only. No ticketed events/tickets for sale, business advertising, or personal ads allowed. This agreement is subject to approval by an authorized representative of The Grand Community Association, Inc. prior to publication and will be canceled if advertisement is not approved.
